Jewelry Care Instructions

It is recommended to remove jewelry during household activities and store each item separately. Jewelry should also be protected from exposure to sunlight, water, cleaning agents (especially those containing chlorine or iodine), cosmetics, and creams. Keep it away from mercury as it damages all types of metal.

At home, jewelry can be cleaned in a warm, soapy solution mixed with ammonia (5–10 drops of ammonia per glass of water). Rinse thoroughly with clean water and gently dry.

For jewelry with precious stones, regularly check the settings to ensure the stones are secure. These items require special care. While diamonds do not scratch, they can break under impact.

Avoid attempting repairs yourself. If you want any changes or adjustments, consult a professional jeweler.

Bracelets with andamante clasps, as well as leather or rubber jewelry, should be protected from water and soap.

Protect enameled jewelry from dropping and from exposure to chemicals.

Pearls and coral must be kept away from cosmetic products, as both are organic materials. This type of jewelry should be cleaned with a soft cloth and a gentle liquid solution.

Do not store different pieces of jewelry in the same box to avoid scratching.

The jewelry company “Crystal” provides a warranty for jewelry sold in its store network. A certificate is issued for each item, confirming the guaranteed metal purity (fineness) indicated on the product, and offering service options in case of damage.
