• If a product is found to be defective, the customer has the right to request the seller to eliminate the defect (repair or replace the product free of charge, reduce the price) or to withdraw from the contract.
• A defect is considered to be any damage to the product that existed prior to the purchase and was not caused by the customer’s use of the product.
• Repair or replacement of the product is the customer’s primary right, and the customer has the right to demand free repair or replacement from the seller, except in cases where such actions are impossible due to the nature of the product or would require disproportionate or unreasonably high costs.
• The product must be repaired or replaced within a reasonable period of time (replacement – no later than 10 calendar days from the discovery of the defect; standard repair – no later than 30 calendar days from the discovery of the defect), in such a way that it does not cause significant inconvenience to the customer, considering the nature of the product and the purpose for which it was purchased.
• Free repair or replacement of the product includes covering all costs by the seller (including postal, labor, and material costs) that are necessary to ensure the product complies with the terms of the contract.

• The customer has the right to request a reduction in the product’s price or to withdraw from the contract if one of the following conditions exists:
• The product cannot be repaired or replaced;
• The seller did not repair or replace the product within a reasonable time and the customer has lost interest in the performance of the contract;
• Repair or replacement of the product by the seller would cause significant inconvenience to the customer;
• The customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the defect is minor.

• The customer is entitled to exercise the above-mentioned rights if the defect is discovered within 2 years from the time the product is delivered to them.
• If the defect is discovered by the customer within 6 months of receiving the product, it is presumed (until proven otherwise) that the defect existed at the time of delivery, unless this is incompatible with the nature of the product or the type of defect. In such cases, the burden of proof lies with the seller. If the defect is discovered after 6 months, the burden of proof that the defect existed at the time of delivery lies with the customer.
